Olivier
BOYER regularly advises French and foreign companies
on their everyday legal and contractual requirements,
in particular in connection with the implementation
of distribution and partnership agreements.
The
experience which he acquired while working abroad and
his understanding of the expectations and behaviour
of foreign business partners enable him to act and advise
in relation to the setting up and subsequent assistance
of foreign businesses in France.

is also involved in mergers and acquisitions and/or
restructurings and integrations on behalf of both French
