Laurence Fassier's practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation. She advises her clients in all legal aspects related to pre-litigation and litigation, including claims and risk analysis, enforcement proceedings and litigation in both French civil and commercial courts.

Laurence has also developed a strong expertise in the following areas: sales and distribution law, product liability, industrial risks and health.
Laurence has published numerous articles on topics related to class actions, product liability, distribution law (including price fixing and regulation, sales law) and health in Les Echos, L'Usine Nouvelle, Le Monde, The Financial Times, Le Magazine des Affaires...

Prior to joining DMMS, Laurence practiced in a large French law firm, member of an international network, and as Of Counsel with one of the largest American law firms in Paris, advising both French and international clients.
