Claude minchella

Claude Minchella regularly advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, whether in relation to employment issues concerning private individuals (employment contract) or collective bodies (managing relations between staff representatives and/or trade unions). He is also involved in corporate acquisitions, mergers and restructurings handled by the Firm, inter alia through his role in effecting valuations and company audits.

He is often instructed to help determine strategic decisions regarding human resource issues or in connection with the practical implementation of such decisions in an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment, which is also subject to developing case law.

In addition, he acts for and advises companies on the commercial law aspects of their business or in relation to liability claims brought by or against them. He regularly appears as advocate before the civil and commercial courts.
