A specialist in company law, Philippe MISSIKA has also advised for many years on business law matters. He has acted for the Firm's corporate clients both with regard to one-off restructuring or merger transactions and on an ongoing basis, advising them on their corporate affairs. He also advises the Firm's clients in contentious matters involving commercial and competition law, company law and white-collar crime.

Philippe MISSIKA considers it essential to listen to and understand the client's representatives in order to provide appropriate legal advice and assistance, and in order to show them due respect by adapting advice to their needs rather than obliging them to conform to the norm. He is also recognised as a specialist in sports law, an experience which he has acquired over more than 25 years both from positions he has held within sporting bodies such as:
- Vice-Chairman of the Body of Conciliators of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (Conférence des Conciliateurs du Comité National Olympique et Sportif Français);
- Former Chairman of the Higher Ethical and Disciplinary Commission of the National Football League (Commission Supérieure d'Ethique et de Discipline de la Ligue Nationale de Football).
