Patrick SICSIC acquired his knowledge of the taxation of companies and individuals through his work as a Tax Inspector (from 1983 to 1988), from teaching at the University of Paris X (from 1983 to 1987) and as a lawyer (since 1988).

After first practising through his own firm from 1989 to 2001, he and his team joined the firm, with which he had had a long-term close working relationship, in 2001.

He advises his clients, both companies and private individuals, in relation to tax audits, tax litigation or on advisory matters.

He is also involved, inter alia, in the tax and strategic aspects of mergers and acquisitions, integrations and restructurings as well as asset transactions or asset management.
